JEMS is excited to welcome Tim Swan as Chief Strategy Officer!
Tim, who joined the team in December 2023, is a meetings and conventions industry veteran, having worked for some of the world’s most respected brands over his 30+ years in the business. Tim’s most recent assignment was as Vice President of Sales for SeaWorld Orlando, where, along with responsibility for all group and convention business, he was actively engaged with Visit Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center, participating in client advisory board activities, FAMs, and more promoting to the destination.
Before that, Tim was Director of Sales and Marketing at the Orlando World Center Marriott, opening Director of Sales for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and held leadership positions in multiple Hyatt hotels nationwide.
At JEMS, he will be responsible for building and reinforcing new client relationships and will be an ambassador for our brand, promoting our value and services. His “service first” approach to business will complement the efforts of our team to provide best-in-class service and support to our clients.
Tim loves to travel and spend time with his family and friends in his free time. He enjoys concerts, the outdoors, biking, and photography. Tim positively influences those he’s worked with and looks forward to helping new clients understand and embrace the support JEMS offers.
